Pokémon Inc. has established a joint venture company, Poképark Kantou, to launch the entertainment business "Poképark Kantou" in collaboration with Yomiuri Land Inc. and Yomiuri Shimbun Tokyo Head Office.
Poképark Kantou will be located on a portion of the Yomiuri Land site in Inagi City, Tokyo, and will produce a space where Pokémon fans from around the world can enjoy themselves together in a rich natural setting. A nature adventure called "Pokémon WONDER " has been running at Yomiuriland since July 2021.
Each Pokémon game is set in a different region of Japan or the world. The "Pokémon Park Kantou" announced this time is based on the Kantou region, the setting of the first "Pokémon Red and Green" games, which means that the Johto region, which is based on the Kansai and Chubu regions , and theHouen region, which is based on the Kyushu region, will also be featured in this park.
