The newest trailer for "Splatoon 3" was announced in the "Nintendo Direct 2022.2.9" released on Thursday, 10 February 2022 (JST).
"SALMON RUN" Revealed
The familiar "Salmon Run" co-op is from the previous Splatoon 2 in the newest trailer.
A new trailer showed off the next wave of the Salmon Run co-op mode in Splatoon 3, which will include fresh new features.
New Feature "Egg Throw"
Egg Throw, a new feature for "floats" carried on the back, can send golden salmon eggs far away by consuming a certain amount of ink. It is possible to pass eggs to allies or deliver them directly from far away, which is expected to improve the work efficiency!
Giant Salmonid Bosses
All of the giant Salmonid bosses show up.
A giant Salmonid, one that’s never been seen before, can also be spotted at the end of the trailer.
