Yakuza" and "Tosatsuru" have collaborated for the first time in nine years on a new sake called " Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Harajuku Yakuza x Tosatsuru " which will be on sale at the Tosatsuru online store from June 26, 2023 (Monday)!
Junmai Daiginjo-shu, made with dry sake, is kept in the bottle unfiltered and unfiltered to give it a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a full flavor.
