Sony Interactive Entertainment has announced that it will revise the suggested retail price of the " PULSE Explore Wireless Earbuds "—PlayStation's first wireless earbuds—effective Tuesday, September 15, 2026.
The revised price will be reduced from 34,980 yen (tax included) to 22,980 yen (tax included).

The “PULSE Explore Wireless Earbuds” are PlayStation’s first wireless earbuds, designed to let you enjoy a high-quality audio experience on the go.
They are the first PlayStation audio device to feature a custom-designed planar magnetic driver —the same type found in high-end headphones used by professional sound engineers.
With clear, deep bass, you can play games with the exact sound that game developers intended.
They feature a noise-rejection function powered by AI that uses built-in dual microphones to filter out background noise, and they also support lossless audio.
With PS5 titles that support 3D audio, you’ll be immersed in spatial sound and able to pinpoint exact locations, allowing you to enjoy a more comfortable, high-quality audio experience.
While connected to a PlayStation Link-compatible device (PS5, PC, Mac, or PlayStation Portal Remote Player), you can also connect to Bluetooth-enabled devices at the same time.
If you use the PULSE Explore wireless earbuds via PlayStation Link on a PS5 with a USB adapter inserted and simultaneously connect to your smartphone via Bluetooth, you can game and take calls at the same time.
The price change will take effect on Tuesday, September 15, 2026.
