This product thoroughly focuses on achieving both authenticity as sake and drinkability for entry-level consumers.
Since previous "Yuki-Yo-Zuki" iterations emphasized authenticity, Yukihana Lamy and Meiri Shurui went through many samples and much trial and error in pursuit of drinkability.
For the slightly sparkling version, the fine bubbles from the natural fermentation of yeast No. 10, separated and collected by Meiri Shurui, are sealed directly in the bottle, allowing you to enjoy delicate bubbles that are not from later carbonation.
With an alcohol content of 13% and a sweet and sour taste, it's finished as a perfect entry point into sake.
