Various companies, including game and device manufacturers and publishers, exhibited at "Taipei Game Show 2025," which was held in Taipei from Thursday, January 2 to Sunday, January 26, 2025.
This time, focusing on mobile games, I'll be doing a photo report on the "Umamusume: Pretty Derby," "Fate/Grand Order," and "Jujutsu Kaisen: Phantom Parade" booths!
Like a Summer Festival! The "Umamusume: Pretty Derby" Booth with a Big Yagura as its Trademark!
The "Umamusume: Pretty Derby" booth had lanterns and drums displayed on top of the yagura (festival tower), so it seemed to be themed around a "summer festival"!
Underneath the yagura, there was a "shimenawa" (sacred straw rope), and combined with the dimly lit atmosphere, it brought back nostalgic feelings.
The festival-style attractions were all game-themed!
If you successfully clear them, you can get original greeting cards and more!
High-Quality Cosplayers Appear! "Fate/Grand Order" Booth
At the "Fate/Grand Order" booth, there was an event where cosplayers appeared on stage.
The characters who appeared were:
- Draco
- Prototype Merlin
- Sétanta
- Female Protagonist/Senpai
The quality of their costumes and wigs was incredibly high, and I couldn't take my eyes off them!
The Real Satoru Gojo!? The "Jujutsu Kaisen: Phantom Parade" Booth That Gave Us an Amazing Experience!
Next, I went to the "Jujutsu Kaisen: Phantom Parade" booth.
Inside the booth, there were collective messages displayed, and surprisingly, some were unrelated to Jujutsu Kaisen...!?
I also found an area that seemed to be a classroom from Tokyo Jujutsu High!
Sitting at a school desk as an adult brought back nostalgic feelings, but it was also a bit emotional that it didn't quite fit my body anymore.
Satoru Gojo appeared at the cosplay booth!
Both his visual and posing were perfectly in line with my interpretation, which got me incredibly excited!

Reika, who was extremely nervous getting close to a professional cosplayer for the first time.
It was great that, unlike the Tokyo Game Show, there was no partition, allowing us to take a two-shot.
