The FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH collaboration event launches in Apex Legends on Wednesday, January 10, 2024 JST!
The teaser trailer opens with Wraith, Horizon, and Crypto investigating a Buster Sword lodged in the ground.
Crypto then pulls it out effortlessly.
The Buster Sword is coming to Apex Legends!
While each character possesses unique melee attacks, introducing it as a melee weapon hints at the arrival of a new game mode.
Skins inspired by Aerith for Horizon and Tifa for Wraith are also coming to the game.
Notably, Tetsuya Nomura created the concept artwork.
