On Sunday, March 9, 2025 local time, Hideo Kojima of Kojima Productions took the stage at SXSW 2025 in Texas, USA. Kojima announced that DEATH STRANDING 2: ON THE BEACH ("Death Stranding 2"), a PlayStation 5 title that has been in development for some time, will be released on June 26, 2025 (Thursday).
Death Stranding 2" Pre-Order Trailer Released
The release date for Kojima Productions' latest title, "Deathstroke 2," has been set for Thursday, June 26, 2025! A 10-minute pre-order trailer has been released.
The "Deathstroke 2" trailer, which takes place 11 months after the birth of UCA, shows a movie and what appears to be gameplay footage, as well as an appearance by Korean actor Ma Dong-Seok! The trailer also reveals information about each of the editions that will be released.
