The release of "Virtual Boy Nintendo Classics" has been confirmed for Tuesday, February 17, 2026!
The "Virtual Boy" is a game console released by Nintendo in 1995 that featured a gaming experience with deep stereoscopic visuals.
All 15 titles that take advantage of the stereoscopic visuals, such as "Mario's Tennis," "Galactic Pinball," and "Teleroboxer," will be released sequentially.
"Virtual Boy Nintendo Classics" is compatible with both the Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch.
However, to play, you will need to purchase the dedicated accessory, which is sold separately.
Two models of the dedicated accessory will be sold, with pre-orders starting on Friday, September 12, 2025, on the My Nintendo Store.

"Virtual Boy Nintendo Classics" can be played by subscribing to "Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack" for a 12-month subscription costing 4,900 yen (tax included).
