Nintendo announced a collaboration event featuring the Nintendo Switch 2 software Kirby Air Riders, to be held as part of the MAXIMUS CUP event for the Nintendo Switch Online subscriber-exclusive software "Tetris 99."
It will run from Dec 4 at 11pm PT to Dec 8 at 10:59pm PT 2025.
The 50th MAXIMUS CUP "Kirby Air Riders Edition"
The 50th regular "MAXIMUS CUP" event for the Nintendo Switch Online subscriber-exclusive software "Tetris 99" will be a collaboration event with the Nintendo Switch 2 software Kirby Air Riders.
The event period runs from 4:00 PM on Friday, December 5, 2025, until 3:59 PM on Tuesday, December 9, 2025. During this time, players can earn event points based on their ranking in "Tetris 99" mode. By accumulating a total of 100 points, you can obtain the "Kirby Air Riders" theme. Points are awarded as follows:
- 1st Place: 100 Points
- 2nd Place: 70 Points
- 3rd Place: 50 Points
- 4th to 10th Place: 40 Points
- 11th to 30th Place: 30 Points
- 31st to 50th Place: 20 Points
- 51st to 90th Place: 10 Points
- 91st to 99th Place: 1 Point
