Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. has unveiled Yujiro Hanma as the fourth DLC playable character for the 3D fighting game TEKKEN 8 Season 3!
A teaser trailer has also been released alongside the announcement.

The character announced as the fourth DLC playable character for TEKKEN 8 Season 3 is none other than Yujiro Hanma!
Having celebrated its 35th serialization anniversary in September 2026 with a highly acclaimed anime adaptation currently streaming, Yujiro Hanma—who boasts an overwhelming presence as the Strongest Creature on Earth in the popular martial arts manga Baki series—is literally crashing into the world of Tekken.
Who would have thought that instead of a returning character from past Tekken series like Ogre, Yujiro Hanma, who is often referred to as "Ogre," would descend...!
Yujiro Hanma is scheduled to join the fight in early 2027.
How he will perform as a character has not been revealed at this time.

The new battle stage SUBSEA LOCKDOWN, which is themed after an undersea prison housing vicious criminals, was also revealed for the first time.
It has been stated that the BGM used in Yujiro Hanma's teaser trailer can be used as the stage BGM.
When you hear the words "vicious criminals" after thinking about Baki, it brings to mind about five characters, but is there a connection here...?
The stage release timing is scheduled for early 2027, just like Yujiro Hanma.
