Nintendo has released a demo version of the Nintendo Switch 2 title, Yoshi and the Mysterious Book.
You can download it for free from the My Nintendo Store and Nintendo eShop.
Demo Version of Nintendo Switch 2 Title, Yoshi and the Mysterious Book, Now Available!
In this game, Yoshi enters a picture book world after receiving a request from Mr. E, a book that fell from the sky, to investigate the characteristics of its creatures.
By using familiar Yoshi actions—like eating them to taste the differences or stomping on them to make them faint—you prompt reactions from the creatures, leading to new discoveries.
Using the new Tail Flick action, you can also utilize the special abilities of the creature you are carrying.
Apply the characteristics you discover to trigger further findings. With no time limit during investigations, explore the book at your own pace.
In the demo, you can investigate 3 variations of mysterious creatures that appear in Chapter 1, "Wildwoods."
You can also transfer save data to the full version.
