Japanese audio brand, AVIOT, developed by Preseed Japan Corporation, has announced two true wireless earphone models in collaboration with the TV anime, Sword Art Online! Preorders for TE-D01v-SOB and TE-D01v-SOW opened on Tuesday, December 26, 2023.
AVIOT x SAO True Wireless Earphones Set for Release
Japanese audio brand, AVIOT, has announced true wireless earphones in collaboration with the TV anime, Sword Art Online, originally created by Reki Kawahara. Based on the TE-D01v true wireless earphones, which reached cumulative shipments of approximately 80,000 units as of late September 2023, two variations are available: the HERO model, TE-D01v-SOB, and the HEROINE model, TE-D01v-SOW.
The HERO model, TE-D01v-SOB, features the following three modes:
- Kirito (Voice: Yoshitsugu Matsuoka)
- Eugeo (Voice: Nobunaga Shimazaki)
- Banter Mode
In addition to guidance prompts like "Power is on" and "Noise cancellation, got it!", it features over 170 variations of special voice lines, including iconic anime quotes like "Just so you know, I'm a solo player" and "Bloom! Blue Rose!!"
Meanwhile, the HEROINE model, TE-D01v-SOW, features the following five modes:
- Asuna (Voice: Haruka Tomatsu)
- Leafa (Voice: Ayana Taketatsu)
- Sinon (Voice: Miyuki Sawashiro)
- Yuuki (Voice: Aoi Yuki)
- Alice (Voice: Ai Kayano)
Users can switch character modes using the dedicated app. You can preview the voice lines for each mode on the TE-D01v-SAO product page.
The collaboration extends beyond voice lines. The HERO model, TE-D01v-SOB, features a black design adorned with the emblem of the North Centoria Imperial Sword Mastery Academy from Sword Art Online: Alicization. Meanwhile, the HEROINE model, TE-D01v-SOW, features a white design adorned with the emblem of the clearing group Knights of the Blood, the guild Asuna joined.
Furthermore, the charging cases feature designs based on the signature weapons of Kirito, Eugeo, Asuna, Leafa, Sinon, Yuuki, and Alice, bringing out the distinct SAO aesthetic while maintaining a sleek look.
Housed in custom-illustrated packaging, the TE-D01v-SOB and TE-D01v-SOW are currently available for preorder at the AVIOT ONLINE MALL and Edion from 10:00 AM on Tuesday, December 26, 2023, to 9:59 AM on Friday, January 19, 2024.
