ROG Crosshair VIII系列的「Crosshair VIII Impact」雖然屬於Mini-DTX，但已為最新的第3代AMD Ryzen處理器做好準備，搭載高階供電與散熱、雙M.2、次世代Wi-Fi 6（802.11ax）、內建SupremeFX音效等功能。可說是在構建媲美ATX等全尺寸主機板的小型電競PC時的最佳選擇。
Mini-ITX規格邁向「impact」！
當Mini-ITX規格的小型電腦機殼支援雙插槽顯示卡時，機殼必須預留避免干涉的空間。由於為了小型化而切掉這部分空間，最終就成了閒置區域。這款「ROG Crosshair VIII Impact」能購活用這些未使用的空間，進一步提升PC性能。
精心計算的散熱設計
「ROG Crosshair VIII Impact」採用了最佳化的電力設計，並搭載針對VRM與晶片組的雙Delta超流量客製化風扇與散熱片組合，背面則裝備帶有熱導管的全尺寸鋁製背板，大幅強化散熱效果。
ProCool II依照嚴格的規格進行設計，確保能與電源供應器的電源線穩固接觸，並具備金屬裝甲以改善散熱。由於連接器阻抗低，能避免發熱點並提升可靠性。
VRM採用8+2 TDA21472功率級，每級額定70安培。
各功率級配備可處理45安培的高磁導率合金電感。
輸入與輸出的金屬電容濾波由固態高分子電容提供，可在高溫下持續運作數千小時。
DOUBLE-CAPACITY DIMM支援
具備獨自的記憶體線路設計，單插槽可支援最高32GB記憶體，總容量可達64GB。使用對應記憶體時，小巧的雙DIMM設計就能達到相當於四DIMM的容量。
支援次世代規格「Wi-Fi 6」
內建Wi-Fi 6（802.11ax），可提供超高速網路，改善網路容量，並在高密度環境下也能保持優異性能。玩家可透過便利的無線連線享受流暢的線上遊戲體驗。
