The Kabukicho Game Festival Executive Committee has announced that it will hold Kabukicho Game Festival 2026 (hereinafter KGF2026), which aims to energize Kabukicho with games and idols, on Saturday, April 4, and Sunday, April 5, 2026.
Centering on various amusement facilities in the Kabukicho area, including Tokyu Kabukicho Tower and KABUKICHO TOWER STAGE, the event will feature stage projects, content, idol performances, and other activities related to gaming and entertainment.

KGF2026 Confirmed for Kabukicho in April! Numerous Activities and Projects for All Ages

The dates for KGF2026 have been confirmed for Saturday, April 4, and Sunday, April 5, 2026, in Kabukicho, Shinjuku, Tokyo.
This event showcases a fun coloring where entertainment from various fields converges, aiming to create new charms for Kabukicho alongside local facilities, companies, and leisure and amusement businesses.

This inaugural edition will be held as a Kabukicho-roaming festival energized by games and idols under the theme Color Kabukicho!!

iLiFE! Appointed as Event Official Ambassador!

The appointment of the idol group iLiFE! as the KGF2026 official ambassador has been confirmed.
The group is also scheduled to appear in live performances and various ambassador projects throughout the game festival.

The main visual, packed with cuteness, features an official event collaboration design with iLiFE! celebrating the 35th anniversary of Sega's Puyo Puyo series.
Moving forward, advertisements across various media and the sale of collaboration merchandise are also planned.

Ticket Sales Start in Early March!

By purchasing wristband-style tickets, visitors can watch game competitions and idol performances at the KABUKICHO TOWER STAGE, which serves as the main venue on Saturday, April 4, and Sunday, April 5, 2026. These tickets also offer benefits such as discounts at participating festival locations, including arcades and bowling alleys.

For the idol projects, HEROINES IDOL LIVE&GAME STAGE will be held on Saturday, April 4.
Idol groups from HEROINES will compete in gaming matches and take to the live stage.

On Sunday, April 5, KABUKICHO IDOL&GAME STAGE will take place, featuring game projects and live sets from a variety of idol groups! Ticket options are as follows:

• Standard Roaming Ticket: Adults 3,000 yen, Children 1,500 yen
• Roaming Ticket with LIVE Priority Area: 5,000 yen
• VIP Ticket with T-shirt: 8,000 yen

Event tickets are scheduled to go on sale through ticket agencies in early March.
