Benjamin Lin, Head of Global Sales Channels, and Ryusei Kimura of Acalie Co., Ltd., RingConn’s Japanese distributor, took the stage at the event.
They explained that the global wearable health market is projected to exceed $500 billion by 2035 and noted that health awareness is shifting from “treatment” to “prevention.”

Among wearable devices, smart rings are gaining attention as next-generation devices that allow users to comfortably monitor their health data 24 hours a day.
Riding this wave of momentum, RingConn achieved approximately 300% year-over-year growth, with cumulative sales exceeding 800,000 units.
Guided by the philosophy that “health management should be more natural,” the company develops its products by leveraging sensor technology, AI, and other innovations.
The new smart ring, “RingConn Gen 3,” has been announced!
The “RingConn Gen 3” features a “Vascular Health Trend” function that tracks daily changes in vascular condition based on baseline values measured once a month with a blood pressure monitor.
It visualizes daily changes on a three-tier scale, taking into account factors such as sleep, stress, and activity levels.
"Vibration Alerts" that notify you of signs like a high heart rate or an impending headache
Newly equipped with a “Vibration Alert ” that notifies you of changes in your body before you even notice them yourself.
It uses vibrations to alert you to changes such as a high heart rate, early signs of a headache, or sitting for too long.
Constantly monitors over 60 health metrics
It continuously analyzes over 60 health metrics 24 hours a day.
It continuously measures heart rate, heart rate variability, stress, sleep, skin temperature, and more, and AI provides easy-to-understand advice on your health status.
Vital data is collected at intervals of less than 5 minutes, and during sleep breathing monitoring, blood oxygen levels are measured every 2 seconds.
No subscription required! Use it for free
The app doesn’t just record health data—it also lets you share it with family and partners.
While other smart rings require a monthly fee for their health management features, RingConn emphasizes that its major appeal is that it’s free to use with no subscription required.
Ergonomically designed for a comfortable fit
Saiga NAK
It weighs 2.5–3.5g, is 6.8mm wide, and 2.3mm thick.
Not only is it lightweight and thin, but it also features a design meticulously crafted based on ergonomic principles.
By making the inner side rounded and the outer side slightly tapered, the device minimizes interference between fingers, allowing for comfortable wear over long periods.
I tried them on myself, and they certainly felt comfortable.
Since people tend to stop using wearable devices if they feel uncomfortable, this is an aspect that deserves the highest priority.

Talk Session with Brand Ambassador Shizuka Arakawa
Professional figure skater Shizuka Arakawa, who has been appointed as the brand ambassador for “RingConn Gen 3,” took the stage.
A talk session was held.
— How has your approach to health and fitness management changed from your active career to the present?
Shizuka Arakawa: While I’ve adjusted my approach depending on my age and circumstances, I’ve always made it a priority to stay aware of my physical condition.
Skating has become a barometer of my physical condition in my daily life, and I want to be aware of whether I’m in good or bad shape.
I was surprised by how “RingConn Gen 3” visualizes even my sleep patterns (REM, non-REM, and wakefulness) in such detail.
I’ve realized that by comparing my own feelings with the data, I can gauge my physical condition more accurately.
Saiga NAK
— After actually using the product, are there any features or insights that particularly stood out to you?
Shizuka Arakawa: I was surprised to find that it accurately tracks everything—from my warm-up routine to my exercise intensity—without me having to manually enter anything.
Since nearly all of my activities are accurately recorded as numerical data, it’s incredibly reassuring to be able to look back on periods when I was in good condition and reflect on “what my lifestyle was like back then.”
I’ve only been using it for just under a week, but I’m both surprised and fascinated by how my daily rhythms and habits are visualized in such detail, and I’ve already recommended it to many friends.
I also find it appealing that I don’t have to take it off—whether I’m in the shower or exercising—and that it blends so naturally into my daily life.
― Please tell us what message you’d like to convey through RingConn going forward.
Shizuka Arakawa: In today’s information-saturated world, I’ve come to strongly realize through my experience skating since the age of five that knowing yourself is the most important thing.
I feel that RingConn is exactly the kind of device that supports this process of “getting to know yourself.”
Features like the alert that notifies you when you’ve been sitting too long—which help you become more aware of yourself during the small, everyday moments—are full of surprises once you actually start wearing it.
I really hope that many people will adopt it as a tool for getting to know themselves.
Talk Session with Health Scientist and Medical Doctor Yuka Honda
Next, Yuka Honda ( @YukaHonda_ ), a health scientist and MD who goes by the name “Venus Honda,” took the stage.
— What are your thoughts on the health challenges currently facing the Japanese people?
Yuka Honda: Many women in their 30s and 40s suffer from vague but distressing symptoms such as sleep disturbances, fatigue, and menstrual irregularities, yet it is not uncommon for medical checkups to fail to identify the underlying cause.
Female hormone levels peak in one’s 20s and 30s and then decline rapidly, leading not only to premenopausal and menopausal symptoms but also increasing the risk of sleep disorders, osteoporosis, and even metabolic syndrome.
Data from 30,000 people shows that low body temperature in the 35° range is common among those who skip breakfast, do not exercise, and have a diet heavy in vegetables; a link has also been confirmed to brittle hair, anemia, and menstrual irregularities.
We hope that recording and visualizing daily changes in your body using the smart ring will help you identify the causes of these “vague” health issues.
― How do you think smart rings will play a role in health management going forward?
Yuka Honda: The greatest value of the smart ring is that it blends seamlessly into daily life and continuously collects data 24 hours a day.
It records a wide range of metrics—such as sleep, skin temperature, stress, and vascular health trends—and the data directly leads to concrete insights. For example, if your sleep score suddenly drops from 80 to 26, you might reflect on it the next day and think, “I need to get a good night’s sleep today.”
Furthermore, I believe the menstrual cycle prediction feature—which, unlike the calendar method, is based on your actual physical condition—will play a particularly significant role in women’s health management.
