The Rookies Caravan is a Street Fighter V AE tournament, but not just any tournament.
It is a tournament for participation in the Street Fighter League: Pro-JP, which will be held this fall!
However, winning the Rookies Caravan is not all that is required.

The Rookies Caravan is an individual competition, so it is a tournament for those who want to win purely on their own merit.

Arcade 2019 powered by TAITO is a tournament using "Street Fighter V Type Arcade", which is currently running at game arcades nationwide, and "College-JP 2019" is a tournament for college students/university students. "College-JP 2019" will be a tournament for college students, graduate students, vocational school students, and technical college students!

About the duplicate registration for the three conventions!

Duplicate registration is possible for each of the above three conventions, but depending on the situation, it may not be possible to participate.
