The Sega/Atlus booth was packed with exciting exhibits everywhere, including playable demos, special stages, photo booths, cosplayers, and even a shooting gallery!

"Yakuza" Area
The first place we visited was Kamurocho... no, the "Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties" area.
The gate to Kamurocho's Tenkaichi Street was realistically recreated.

The exhibit includes two stories in one package: "Yakuza Kiwami 3," a remake of "Yakuza 3" (released in 2009), and "Dark Ties," which focuses on Kiryu Kazuma's formidable enemy, Yoshitaka Mine, as the protagonist.
The newly evolved combat action is exhilarating!
It is scheduled for release on Thursday, February 12, 2026.
After playing the demo, you can get a "Yakuza" 20th Anniversary Original Sacoche.

"Yakuza 0 Director's Cut," which is currently on sale, and "Yakuza Kiwami" and "Yakuza Kiwami 2," which are scheduled for release on Thursday, November 13, 2025, were on display as playable demos on the Nintendo Switch 2.
To commemorate the 20th anniversary of "Yakuza," the "Yakuza" Life Events Exhibition will be held.
It starts in Tokyo on Friday, November 28, 2025.
The first large-scale exhibition for the series is an absolute must-see!

There were also cosplayers dressed as characters from the "Yakuza" series.
Among all the strong individualities of the cosplayers, Goromi (Cross-dressed Goro Majima) was particularly striking.
"Sonic Racing: Cross Worlds" Area
You could try out a real race in "Sonic Racing: Cross Worlds."

Race through a variety of stages using characters like "Hatsune Miku," "Joker," and "Minecraft"!
Cute Sonic was also enjoying the race.

"Persona" Area
The Nintendo Switch 2 version of "Persona 3 Reload," scheduled for release on Thursday, October 23, 2025, was extremely popular for its playable demo.

There was a long line even on the business day.
The venue was highly energetic with the "P5X" x "P3R" Persona Singers Special Live.
A shooting gallery was held for "Persona 5: The Phantom X," where you could win original novelty items.

We were able to enjoy the Shooting Gallery mini-game, which will be implemented in the game's summer event, in real life.
By participating in the challenge, we received a "P5X" Lufel - Summer Exclusive Design Sun Visor and a "P5X" & "P3R" TGS 2025 Original Sticker Set!
Photo Spot and Cosplayers Too
The key visual for the game's summer event was displayed across an entire wall!
You could take a commemorative photo together at the end of summer.
We also met cosplayers dressed as characters such as the Protagonist and Motoha Arai. They were all stunning.

"Kyouran Makaism" Area

"Kyouran Makaism," an action RPG scheduled for release on Thursday, January 29, 2026, was available for the world's first playable demo!
A special TGS-exclusive stage was prepared.
Players selected from three types and defeated the boss within the time limit.
"Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O. World Stage" Area

The fighting game "Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O. World Stage" supports cross-play, transcending platform boundaries.
Players could enjoy heated battles early before the release!

"EA SPORTS FC 26" Area
"EA SPORTS FC 26," a soccer game that was just released on Friday, September 26, 2025.

The game includes over 35 real-world leagues, more than 750 strong club teams, and over 20,000 players, allowing for a more realistic and immersive experience than previous titles.
The movements of each individual player's passes and shots were smooth and realistic, providing incredible immersion.
We got to experience the excitement as if we were watching a real match!
"SEGA Pocket Club Manager" and "Football Manager 2026" Area
The "SEGA Football Club Champions" and "https://www.footballmanager.com/en" rel="noopener nofollow noreferrer" target="_blank">Football Manager 2026" areas hosted a Kick Target Challenge.
Each person got to kick two balls, and based on the result of hitting the targets, novelty items were received.
"Project Motor Racing" Area
"Project Motor Racing," scheduled for release on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, is an authentic racing simulation game that faithfully recreates motorsports.
It features specifications irresistible to car enthusiasts, and at the TGS venue, you could try out a demo in a racing cockpit before its release!
The Sega/Atlus booth was full of appealing content.
