EVO Japan 2024, one of the largest fighting game festivals in Japan, will be held this year from April 27 (Sat) to 29 (Mon), 2024 at the Ariake GYM-EX in Koto-ku, Tokyo.

In December 2023, it was announced that there would be a fee to participate in the tournament and to enter the venue, but this should not dampen the enthusiasm of fighting gamers, and as of April 13, 2024, a total of 8,966 people had entered the tournament. This is the highest number of entries ever, and at the same time, it was announced that tickets were sold out. Unfortunately, it is not possible for the general public to participate in EVO Japan 2024, but as in previous years, the event can be watched for free on various distribution platforms.
