Machined from solid aluminum with a tolerance of just 1 micron, the world’s only “1/1-scale Rock Buster,” crafted in pursuit of the ultimate blue

Pursuing a realistic 1/1-scale appearance! Precision modeling by M’s Corporation Co., Ltd.
M’s Corporation, a company specializing in development prototyping, was responsible for the modeling.
Leveraging the experience and know-how they have cultivated over the years, it was produced using state-of-the-art equipment capable of high-precision machining—down to the micron (one-thousandth of a millimeter)—even for three-dimensional shapes.
Although machining curved metal surfaces is highly challenging, the model features a smooth finish at a 1:1 scale.
Furthermore, to facilitate coloring of individual parts and reproduce a realistic appearance, the company reportedly handled the entire process—from design to fabrication—in-house.

Faithfully Reproducing the "Ultimate Blue" with Proprietary Technology! Densen Co., Ltd. (Ikuno Ward, Osaka City) and Its Dyeing Technology
Dengen Co., Ltd., which specializes in anodizing — a process applicable only to aluminum that balances durability and aesthetics— was responsible for the coloring.
Unlike conventional surface coating, this technique involves penetrating the surface with dye to impart color, eliminating the risk of peeling. As a result, it is used in products requiring high safety standards, ranging from toys to cosmetics and outdoor gear.
To faithfully reproduce the blue of “Rock Buster,” the color was developed from scratch in-house.
A one-of-a-kind dyeing process is achieved through the company’s proprietary chrome-free electrolytic polishing technology and the expertise of its craftsmen.
