The title update, timed to coincide with the release of "Monster Hunter Wilds: Ascendance," will include not only Boost Actions but alsoweapon adjustments, the addition of new actions, and other refinements designed to enhance the overall gameplay experience.
Furthermore, even players who do not own the Ultra-Large Expansion Pack will see the addition and adjustments to weapon actions (excluding Boost Actions), as well as other refinements, applied to the main game, "Monster Hunter: Wilds," through this title update.
Selected refinements to existing features
- Changes to the Appearance Ticket system: Once a character has been created, players will be able to re-edit their appearance settings as many times as they like for free, without needing an “Appearance Ticket.”
- Faster Weapon Swapping: You will be able to quickly switch between your main and sub weapons without mounting a Secret.
- Equipment Changes via the Item Box Outside the Tent: You will be able to change your equipment from the menu of the Item Box located outside the tent.
- Bulk Changes via Hunter My Sets: You can register "Item My Sets," "Equipment My Sets," and "Equipment Appearance My Sets" as a single set and call them up all at once.
- Improved Monster Flesh Properties Display: In the Monster Encyclopedia, you’ll be able to check monster flesh properties as numerical values.
New Action Showcase "Weapon Introduction Video: Compilation" Now Available
" Weapon Introduction Videos: Compilation," which allows you to watch introduction videos for Boost Actions and all 14 weapon types in one place, is now available.
You can stick with your favorite weapons, or try out new ones.
It looks like you’ll be able to enjoy battles with a whole new style of action.

Capcom is exhibiting at the “Tokyo Game Show 2026 (TGS2026),” which runs through Monday, September 21, 2026.

The stage event will primarily feature quests where attendees selected from the audience can play alongside the guests.

We will host the "Monster Hunter: World - King of the Hunt Global Exhibition," bringing together the four teams that won the official tournaments held in Japan, the United States, France, and Taiwan.
