In "VALORANT", players can enjoy full-fledged shootouts with people from all over the world in multiplayer mode, combining a variety of weapons and unique abilities for each character.
The maps are designed with the competitive scene in mind, so that players will always have a fresh experience, even after thousands of hours of gameplay.
The basic rules of "VALORANT" are that players are divided into two teams of 5 players each, the attackers (attackers) and defenders (defenders), and play up to 24 rounds.

VALORANT is a free-to-play game that is compatible with a wide range of PCs so that players from all over the world can participate in the battle, even if their PCs are 10 years old.
With best-in-class game servers with 128Hz tick rates and a world-class infrastructure, RYAT Games is committed to ensuring the competitive integrity of tactical shooters with its proprietary Vanguard anti-cheat technology, and to providing a gaming experience worthy of the genre. We are making a concerted effort to ensure the competitive integrity of tactical shooters and to create a gaming experience that is appropriate for the genre.

VALORANT Closed Beta Sets New Record

As soon as the closed beta test started in April 2020, "VALORANT" attracted the attention of the global FPS community.
On the first day alone, the game made history by setting a new record with a total of 34 million hours of viewing time. The event also reached up to 1.7 million concurrent viewers, making it the second most watched event of all time, behind only the 2019 League of Legends World Championship Finals.

An average of 3 million players logged in and played "Valorant" per day during the two-month closed beta test. The passion of gaming enthusiasts for FPSs is so great that it has been surpassed by the combined total of Twitch, one of the world's largest multiplayer entertainment services and communities, and AfreecaTV, a Korean video streaming service. The closed beta of the game has been viewed for more than 470 million hours on Twitch and AfreecaTV, a Korean video streaming service, combined.

Uncompromising top-quality game servers and infrastructure

From the time of its release, "Valorant" will be available to all players on dedicated servers with a 128 Hz tick rate. The "VALORANT" servers upsample all player movements to 128 fps, so if a player is experiencing lag due to their Internet connection, the servers will automatically compensate for it and make sure that their movements are smooth for other players. The server automatically compensates for laggy players' movements to 128 fps, resulting in smoother movements when viewed by other players.

Not only that, Riatt Games promises to provide a ping of 35ms or less to over 70% of players worldwide using a proprietary ISP peering network called "Riot Direct".
Riot Direct is a worldwide network of backhaul circuits for "valorant" players, which can repair route failures, load-balance congested routes, and add new circuits in anticipation of future players. PoPs (Points of Presence) are deployed in major cities around the world to repair routing problems, load-balance congested routes, and add new lines in anticipation of future players. Currently, we have more than 70% of players worldwide, but the number will increase depending on future demand.

Anti-Cheat and our proprietary cheat detection system "Vanguard".

For the development of VALORANT, RIAT Games has developed and integrated its own anti-cheat system, Vanguard, into the game. This detection tool allows for constant updating of the cheat detection method and immediate punishment of cheaters.
If a cheater is detected during a match, the match will be stopped on the spot, but no other players will be punished in any way.
