Ichiran launched "Ichiran Tonkotsu Kamadare" on October 30, 2025 (Thursday) at 11:00 a.m. at the official Ichiran souvenir Ichiran mail order store and at Ichiran stores nationwide. Retail stores will follow in due course. The special ramen "Kamadare Tonkotsu" served at Ichiran's Tenjin Nishidori branch in Fukuoka, the only one of its kind in the world, has been recreated in a cup noodle.

The third in a series of cup noodles that have sold more than 10 million servings, "Kamadare Tonkotsu" is a flavor exclusive to the Ichiran Tenjin Nishidori store in Fukuoka!
The aromatic "kamadare" sauce was created through numerous prototypes by soup artisans based on the flavorful broth created from the special "Kama Nikomi Char-siu" (roast pork stewed in a pot). The richness and mellow aroma of the soup can be enjoyed in the comfort of your own home.
The noodles are made of specially ordered non-fried noodles. You can enjoy the wheat flavor and smoothness of Ichiran's special fresh noodles. The "secret sauce" is also included. It is a must-have, as it adds not only spiciness, but also umami and sweetness, further enhancing the flavor of the rich soup!

Among the Ichiran restaurants around the world, the special ramen "Kamadare Tonkotsu", which is served only at the Tenjin Nishidori branch in Fukuoka, has been reproduced in a cup noodle. The "special sauce" (kama-dare) was created by craftsmen through numerous prototypes based on the broth from roast pork simmered in a soy sauce-based sauce. Combined with Ichiran's special tonkotsu (pork bone) broth, the sauce has achieved an unprecedented richness and mellow aroma, creating a cup that stands out for its rich, deep flavor.
The cup noodle "Ichiran Tonkotsu Kamadare" is priced at 580 yen (tax included). It will be available in limited quantities from October 30, 2025 (Thursday) at 11:00 a.m. at the official Ichiran souvenir Ichiran mail order store and at all Ichiran stores in Japan. Retail stores will follow in due course.

A promotional movie is now available to commemorate the release!
To celebrate the release of Ichiran Tonkotsu Kamadare cup noodles, a "Ichiran Tonkotsu Kamadare" promotion movie will be shown. The promotional movie shows the rich and mellow taste of the product's special "kamadare" and tonkotsu (pork bone) soup in perfect harmony. The movie will be shown on TVer and in FamilyMart stores.
