LG has announced the 45GX950B-B, a 44.5-inch 5K2K (5,120×2,160) resolution OLED gaming monitor.
Pre-orders will be accepted from May 1 (Friday) to June 10 (Wednesday), 2026, and general sales will begin on June 11 (Thursday), 2026.

Ultra-Wide OLED Gaming Monitor 45GX950B-B Arrives From LG!
The 45GX950B-B is an ultra-wide gaming monitor equipped with an OLED panel that features Micro Lens Array (MLA) technology.
With its massive 44.5-inch display and high resolution of 5K2K (5,120×2,160), users can look across the entire screen without adjusting their focus, making it possible to become fully immersed in the gaming world.
The screen is 33% wider compared to standard monitors with a 16:9 aspect ratio, which can also boost productivity during creative tasks.
Supports VESA Dual Mode and Aspect Ratio Switching
It supports VESA Dual Mode, allowing users to switch between two modes: 5K2K (5,120×2,160) / 165Hz or UWFHD (2,560×1,080) / 330Hz.
The screen size can be selected from multiple options ranging from 39 inches to 24.5 inches, and the aspect ratio can also be switched to 21:9 or 16:9.
It achieves a response time of 0.03ms (GTG), enabling clear images to be displayed even in fast-moving scenes.
Equipped With 3 AI Features
It features the following three AI functions to improve video and audio performance:
- AI Upscaling: The built-in processor upscales low-resolution content to 5K2K resolution in real time.
- AI Sound: Optimizes acoustics according to the content, making sound effects such as footsteps clearer.
- AI Scene Optimization: AI recognizes the displayed content and automatically adjusts major image settings to optimize the display.
Equipped With a USB Type-C Port Supporting up to 90W
The monitor is equipped with DisplayPort 2.1×1, HDMI×2, USB Type-C×1, and USB 3.0×2 ports.
The USB Type-C port supports USB PD up to 90W, allowing display connection, power delivery, and data transfer to be handled all together with a single cable.
It features built-in 7W+7W stereo speakers, and is equipped with features like OLED Care to prevent burn-in and Live Color Low Blue Light, a function that reduces blue light without color shifting.
It also supports AMD FreeSync Premium Pro Technology and NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible to suppress screen tearing and stuttering.
The price on the official LG online shop is 329,800 yen (including tax).
During the pre-order period up until June 10 (Wednesday), 2026, it can be purchased at 21% OFF for 259,800 yen (including tax).
