Amataka Brewery and hololive have collaborated to create three consecutive months of sake based on the favorite flowers of hololive's celebrities! Following Shirakamifubuki's "Shiragin Noel" in July, the second collaboration will be a liqueur based on Shirakami Fubuki's (@shirakamifubuki ) favorite Kintoki Rhinoceros, "[Kuho] Flora ~Osmanthus~" which will be available at the Tenryaka Brewery online store from August 25, 2023 (Friday) at 17:00. The new product will be on sale at the Tenaka Sake Brewery online shop from 17:00 on August 25, 2023.
Shirakami Fubuki's original sake is now available!
Tenaka Sake Brewery [kyubi] Twitter (@kyubi_tentaka ) tweeted to VTubers and their fans, which triggered the development of a collaborative product between hololive and Tenaka Sake Brewery!
After one year and five months of development, the original liqueur "Kyubi] Flora ~Osmanthus~" will be on sale at the Tenaka Brewery online store from August 25, 2023 (Fri.) at 17:00. Flora" will be released in July, August, and September, with each month featuring a different sake based on the hololive talent's favorite flower. In July, a sake themed on Noel Shiragin's favorite lily was sold. In September, a collaboration honey sake from Rui Takamine will be available, so look forward to it!

Refreshing and mildly sweet
In developing a sake that makes the most of the characteristic aroma of Kinmokusai, we proceeded with development based on three main themes: first, as a sake brewer, the sake should be sake-based; second, it should be low-alcohol and easy to drink for everyone; and third, the natural flavor of tea leaves, a natural ingredient, should be used without using any flavoring or preservatives. The goal was to create a tea with the good taste of golden osmanthus. The goal was to maximize the benefits of Kinmokusai. In order to bring out the delicate aroma of the fragrance, which is characteristic of Kinmokusai and evokes a sense of nostalgia, we consulted with a blender specializing in tea leaves, and went through a trial-and-error process to find the right blend ratio. In addition, to prevent the flavor from becoming monotonous, the base sake was developed while confirming its compatibility with the Kinmokusai. After dozens of trials and errors, orange peel was used to add freshness and elderflower to soften the aroma while enhancing the fragrance of Kinmokusai, resulting in a bottle with a gorgeous, soft aroma and a refreshing, mild sweetness.
Recommended way to drink
- Fill a glass to the brim with ice.
- Pour in half of the Flora ~Osmanthus~.
- Pour the other half of the tonic water to complete the drink!
