Call of Duty: Vanguard, the latest title in the CoD series, will be officially announced on August 20, 2021.
The game is based on the theme of World War II and depicts the Western Front, the Eastern Front, the North African Front, the Pacific, and battlefields around the world.

20 different maps playable at launch and a wide variety of ways to play
At launch, there are 20 playable maps, 16 of which have been built for the main game.
As you progress through your journey to become an original Special Forces Operator in a varied environment, you'll rise through the ranks and engage in intense, adrenaline-fueled battles.
The game delivers an innovative play experience with an even richer variety of play options.
These include state-of-the-art gunsmithing and weapon systems that create a new dimension of immersive and varied environments, as well as the original 2v2 GUNFIGHT mode, first introduced in "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare." It also includes a next-generation version of CHAMPION HILL, the original 2v2 GUNFIGHT mode first introduced in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.
In this mode, eight teams clash in fast-paced, close-quarter combat with platoons, with the last surviving team winning.
Zombie mode for a terrifying and fascinating experience
A new zombie mode by Treyarch Studios will be introduced, offering the first crossover experience in the series.
Fight off the relentless advance of the undead and enjoy an experience of indescribable horror.
More information on the zombie mode in "Call of Duty: Vanguard" will be released closer to Halloween.
