The weather is completely sunny in autumn. One of the most delicious autumn foods is sweet potatoes! Sushiro, a revolving sushi restaurant, will hold " Oimo Fest 2024 " from October 23 (Wed.), 2024. The Oimo Fest, which was so popular last year, will be held again! The popular Sanrio character "Kuromi" will be collaborating with Sushiro for "OIMO FES 2024"! We visited the Sushiro tasting event with Kiyoaki (@kiyoaki_gohan ), a chef who is currently planning a diet plan on his YouTube channel " Kiyoaki Shokudo ".
We got a chromipic for dessert after the meal!
First up was a parfait featuring two kinds of potatoes, one purple and the other red! Purple taro is also used in the mousse.
In addition to the heart chocolate and heart wafer, there is a limited collaboration pick of Kuromi on the top of the parfait!

It is a pleasure to enjoy two kinds of sweet potatoes. The purple and red sweet potato ice cream is so delicious that we are very particular about where they are grown and want to eat more.
This is a caramel flavored moist cake made with Hokkaido sweet potatoes. The caramel is a bit bitter and has a mature taste.
It is nice that it is served slightly warm! This is the crispiest of all the desserts we tried, which is just right, and we were very pleased with the original taste and texture of the sweet potato.
