On Saturday, December 23, 2023, the final match of the "eBASEBALL Professional Spirits A League" 2023 season, the e Japan Series, took place, and after an intense battle, the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks claimed their second consecutive championship!

Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks Win the Championship!
The e Japan Series, the final match of the "eBASEBALL Professional Spirits A League" 2023 season, took place on Saturday, December 23, 2023, at Tokyo Dome City Prism Hall.
It came down to a showdown between the Chunichi Dragons and the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks, who advanced through the e Climax Series held on Saturday, December 16 and Sunday, December 17, 2023.
Led by Spirits League Manager Kazuki Yoshimi, the Chunichi Dragons featured the following three players:
- Gakuto Furukawa (Gakucha)
- Takumi Sakagami (Sakataku)
- Kai Sakamoto (Karufo)
Additionally, Coach Kohei Oda participated in place of Spirits League Manager Kazuki Yoshimi, who was unable to attend on the day of the event due to scheduling conflicts.
Led by Spirits League Manager Masahiko Morifuku, the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks featured the following three players:
- Takumi Maeno (Maesan)
- Taisei Negishi (Slope)
- Tsuyoshi Momosaka (Yamadai)
The e Japan Series is a best-of-five format where the first team to win three games takes the victory.

Leveraging their momentum from clinching a miraculous underdog spot after finishing third in the league, they secured a walk-off victory in the second game!

In the fourth game, the batting lineup of Taisei Negishi—who narrowly lost in the second game—exploded, leading the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks to a 10-3 victory!
They successfully clinched the championship!
PR TIMES“The four of us, including Spirits League Manager Morifuku, set our sights on back-to-back national championships and kept pushing toward it, so I am truly overjoyed that we made it happen,” reflected captain Takumi Maeno with a deep sense of happiness.
As a team title reward, the members received a total of 450,000 yen for the e-Pennant Race and e Japan Series combined, while the club received 1 million yen for the "Club Fan Support Appreciation Project" expense.
Individual titles were also announced, with Taisei Negishi—who displayed overwhelming strength from the regular season all the way to the championship moment—shining as the MVP.
