The world's largest fighting game tournament "EVO Championship Series 2024" was held in Las M. Bisons, USA from July 20 (Sat.) to 22 (Mon.), 2024 (Japan Standard Time). The winner of the "Street Fighter 6" category, in which more than 5,000 players entered, was decided by Punk!
The EVO Championship Series 2024 was the first event of the CPT Premier, a part of the CAPCOM Pro Tour 2024. Punk has been a favorite for a very long time, but this is his first win.

While the excitement of EVO continues to heat up, the first "World Warrior Japan" tournament will be broadcast on Sunday, July 28, 2024, at 4:30 pm. Earl will provide the live commentary, Hameko will provide the commentary, and Storm Kubo will be the guest speaker. The guest speaker will be Storm Kubo.
