It has been announced that "EVO Japan 2025," taking place at Tokyo Big Sight from Friday, May 9th to Sunday, May 11th, 2025, has reached a record-breaking 9,875 entries.
Spectator tickets are also on sale at Ticket Pia.

The number of entries for "EVO Japan 2025," which will be held from Friday, May 9th to Sunday, May 11th, 2025, has been announced.
The entry count surpasses that of "EVO Japan 2024" held last year, reaching an incredible record high of 9,875 participants.
The breakdown of the 9,875 entries is as follows:
- THE KING OF FIGHTERS XV: 294 participants
- Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising: 481 participants
- GUILTY GEAR -STRIVE-: 693 participants
- TEKKEN 8: 979 participants
- STREET FIGHTER 6: 6,653 participants
- STREET FIGHTER III 3rd STRIKE -Fight for the Future-: 71 teams, 355 participants
- Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O.: 84 teams, 420 participants
"EVO Japan 2025" has undergone various improvements, such as returning the final tournament bracket from Top 6 to the traditional Top 8 format and introducing a "5 on 5" team battle format. We can't wait for the event!
