GLOE Inc. has announced the kickoff event, "Challenge Day 2024," as a partner of the "HAKUI esports City Project," a business of Hakui City, Ishikawa Prefecture, for the 2024 fiscal year.
It is scheduled to be held at "LAKUNA Hakui" (Kawahara-machi, Hakui City, Ishikawa Prefecture) on Monday, November 4, 2024.
"Challenge Day 2024" Is Free for Everyone to Participate!
PR TIMESThe "HAKUI esports City Project" is a project that has been implemented in Hakui City since fiscal year 2022 with the aim of promoting new tourism, improving health, and revitalizing the city.
It holds hands-on events, such as the Hakui eSports Festa, and contributes to the understanding and popularization of eSports.
In July 2024, an eSports-only studio was set up at "LAKUNA Hakui," which was established in front of JR Hakui Station.
In the selection process through a public proposal method to further promote the project, GLOE Inc. was selected as the most outstanding proposer for the business outsourcing contract.
At "Challenge Day 2024," eSports experience sessions will be held in the main hall of "LAKUNA Hakui" with game titles such as Suika Game, Taiko no Tatsujin: Rhythm Festival, Tekken 8, and Minecraft.
Additionally, eSports title experience sessions, such as FPS, using gaming PCs are scheduled to be held in the eSports studio.

The eSports Experience Session Has Support Staff, So Beginners Can Feel at Ease
Multiple consoles for Suika Game, Taiko no Tatsujin: Rhythm Festival, Tekken 8, and Minecraft will be prepared, and visitors can experience them freely.
Support staff will be stationed at each game title booth so that even beginners can enjoy themselves!
A highlight is the original LAKUNA Hakui world created within Minecraft for this event.
You can explore the world and develop undeveloped land.
A scoreboard is scheduled to be set up at the Suika Game and Taiko no Tatsujin: Rhythm Festival booths, so please challenge yourself and try to be number one at the event.

eSports Studio Experience with Resident Staff
At the eSports studio, you can experience eSports titles such as FPS on a high-spec gaming PC!
Staff members who can assist with creating accounts and playing methods will be stationed there, so even those new to FPS or new to gaming can enjoy it with peace of mind!
