Beast of the East has announced their SOULCALIBUR VI tournament "SOULCALIBUR Asia League", will take place across five countries in Asia.
What's SOULCALIBUR VI?
SOULCALIBUR VI is the newest entry in the SOULCALIBUR series from Bandai Namco Entertainment, Inc.
This newest entry is a sort of "reboot" of the series, reconstructing the story with old and new characters, plus guest characters.
The game is also known for its relatively simple controls that make it easy for beginners to get into the game.
Unreal Engine 4 was used to create SOULCALIBUR IV, resulting in more crisp and clear graphics that create beautiful fights.
SOULCALIBUR Asia League: Seven Months, Five Countries.
Tournaments will be held in Taiwan, Thailand, Japan, and Malaysia, starting with the Versus Masters competition in Singapore from April 27th to the 28th.
The League Finals will be called SEA Major 2019, taking place in Singapore on October 12th and 13th.
On top of the winner of each battle stage receiving $500 USD, they will also receive accommodation expenses to the League Finals of SEA Major 2019. Winners will be seeded into the League Finals as well.
The grand prize at the league finals is reported to be $6,000 USD.

The battle stage in Japan is still being decided, but is thought that it will take place in Tokyo.
