New Trading Card Game "Xross Stars" Announced!
And this is the teaser video that was released.
Hinano Tachibana (@hinano_tachiba7) and Uruha Ichinose (@uruha_ichinose) from Vspo!, and Daruma Is God (@darumaisgod) and Ras (@Ras9915) from Crazy Raccoon appeared in anime style.
With the caption "NEW TCG PROJECT," they became cards.

"Xross Stars" is a trading card game featuring various talents such as VTubers, streamers, and esports players.
It was planned as a collaborative project between Brave group and Crazy Raccoon...
- Producer: Atsutoshi Kubo (Director of Game & Co., Former Professional Trading Card Game Player)
- Chairman: Daichi Takano (Representative of Crazy Raccoon, commonly known as: Ojiji)
- Lead Game Designer: Shota Yasooka
- Development Cooperation: Sekappy Inc.
...backed by a strong development team.
Over 150 New Illustrations!

"Xross Stars" is played with 4 leader cards and a 50-card deck.

Each leader card has HP, and you attack the opponent's leader using attack cards.
A leader is defeated when their HP reaches 0.

Memoria cards have various effects that can turn the tide of battle.
In the stream...
- +60 damage to the next attack
- Draw 2 cards
...Memoria cards with these effects were confirmed.
A major feature is the adoption of unique rules: "Full Match," where the player who wins 2 rounds first wins the match, and "Quick Match," where the player who wins 1 round first wins the match.
Adopting the so-called BO3 (Best of 3) format is expected to add strategic depth and reduce the impact of unreasonable luck factors.

Over 150 new illustrations!
The leader cards of the highest rarity (LRPP) are especially dazzling, appealing to collectors.

The production version is said to be even more luxurious, including the talents' own signatures and handwritten messages.
Can't wait!

Interview After the Announcement Program

After the announcement program ended, a joint media interview was held.
Q. Amidst the rise of various TCGs, how do you plan to reach people other than Vspo! and Crazy Raccoon fans?
Mr. Kubo: The card game market is currently growing significantly.
In this environment, we aim to create something like a platform centered around card games as a tool.
We are receiving cooperation from many people beyond Vspo! and Crazy Raccoon, which we announced this time, and it will also be a place for fans to discover new talents.
We hope to liven up the entire platform together with everyone in the future.

Q. Please tell us a little more about the sales channels.
Mr. Kubo: Basically, you can think of it as following the same format as general card games.
Additionally, there are the e-commerce sites for each IP.
Mr. Tonakaito: Can I buy it at convenience stores?
Mr. Kubo: I think it will be possible at convenience stores if the first set sells incredibly well (laughs).
Q. Are you considering utilizing CR GAMING SPACE as well?
Mr. Takano: We will set up a card game space there!

Q. Digital card games are also popular, but please tell us about the decision to develop it as a physical paper medium instead.
Mr. Kubo: I think our content has been spreading mainly through the internet, but events from a few years ago can end up hidden in search results and deep within YouTube.
Therefore, although I think it's very challenging, I believe that by venturing into analog, we can develop it in a more balanced way.
Mr. Hiraiwa: When I was allowed to test play, there were many instances where the card art made me think, "That's from that CR Cup event!"
I think it might also serve as an archive of events and happenings from the internet.
I thought there was meaning in making it a physical medium in that regard as well.
Mr. Kubo: We won't explicitly state everything, so we would be happy if users could research the background of the card designs and share them with each other.
Q. What is the intended balance of deck building, gameplay, and luck in "Xross Stars"?
Mr. Kubo: I've also been playing card games for decades and haven't reached a conclusion yet...
Mr. Takano: Isn't the luck factor low...?
Mr. Kubo: Yes, that's right. I think the luck factor is lower compared to other card games.
Among the cards we couldn't introduce today, there are some that allow you to choose actions from several options, and the more you study, the more you feel like you can develop strategies like, "Let's make this move against this type of opponent."
I believe the importance of deck building and understanding the meta is high.
Mr. Takano: By adopting BO3 in "Xross Stars," you can also plan countermeasures after seeing the opponent's deck fully.
Mr. Hiraiwa: The deck is not shuffled even after a round ends.
So, you think about the cards that are highly likely to be drawn from the remaining deck and incorporate them into your strategy.
I think that's where skill comes into play.

Q. What kind of teams and talents are you planning to collaborate with in the future?
Mr. Kubo: I can't go into details, but I think we can probably exceed your imagination.
Until everyone is truly amazed...
Mr. Takano: We will expand!
Mr. Kubo: It's not necessarily limited to esports or streamer related content, but we want to emphasize the story.
On top of that, we hope you look forward to new developments!
