The company plans to focus on the content business of game development and operation, mainly for mobile devices, as well as the entertainment support business to provide support for both the entertainment business and creators.

By combining C&R's wide-ranging expertise with NAMCO BANDAI Entertainment's IP development, game production, and marketing capabilities, the company aims to develop higher quality content that can be enjoyed by a wider range of people. The company name comes from the initial letters of User first/Responsibility/Sincerity.
