Play ticket refunds begin for 'Bomber Girl Conaste' as open beta test cancelled

Bombergirl Konaste " has become a big hit as the arcade version of the popular " Bombergirl " game can finally be played at home.
An open beta test started on January 5, 2021 (Tuesday) on the PC version of Conaste, but the open beta test was temporarily suspended due to problems with matching.
The open beta test was suspended on January 8, 2021 (Fri.) due to a problem with online battles that could not be played properly and would take some time to resolve.
The open beta test will be held again at a later date, so we are looking forward to that, but what we are wondering is what will happen to the play tickets we have purchased.
I was wondering how it would be handled, but it has been announced that refunds will be made!

Refunds for purchased tickets, even those that have been used

The open beta test of "Bomber Girl Konaste" required 5 play tickets per play. 10 free play tickets (enough for 2 plays) were given away at the beginning, but after that, you had to purchase play tickets at the purchasing department. The refund is based on the following conditions.
The refund will apply to play tickets purchased for a fee (Bomber Girl Konaste Tickets Open Beta).
All purchased play tickets, including those that have been used, are eligible for refunds, so those who were unable to play due to the glitch can rest assured that their tickets will be refunded.

As for the refund method and timing, for play tickets purchased with PASELI, the refunded amount of PASELI will be credited to the KONAMI ID that was logged in at the time of purchase on Thursday, January 21, 2021.
For play tickets purchased with PASELI points, the PASELI points for the refund will be credited to the KONAMI ID that was logged in at the time of purchase on Thursday, January 21, 2021.
Play tickets purchased with a credit card will be refunded through the credit card company used at the time of purchase. KONAMI will cancel the purchase in late January 2021.

As for the play tickets that you have been holding on to in accordance with this announcement, they have been retrieved from your KONAMI ID, so don't panic if you have lost them.

And most importantly, please be careful not to delete the KONAMI ID that you were logged into when you purchased your play tickets until the refund is completed.
In the unlikely event that it is deleted before the refund is completed, the refund will not be issued.
Although it is unlikely that you would intentionally delete your KONAMI ID since you probably use it regularly, please be careful not to delete it by accident.

If you have received a refund, it will probably mean that it will be a little while before the Open Beta Test is rescheduled, so in the meantime, play the arcade version of "Bomber Girl" to prepare for the Open Beta Test!
