Mario Strikers : Battle League comes to Nintendo Switch June 10

Nintendo revealed Mario Strikers: Battle League in the "Nintendo Direct 2022.2.9" released on Thursday, February 10, 2022 (JST), which will launch on June 10.

Characters from the Mario series will challenge a new sport called "Strike," which is a 5-on-5 battle.

The strike is a sport where you can grab the ball with your hands, punch and kick your rivals, and do whatever it takes to win. The strike cannot happen in reality, but anything is possible in STRIKE.

The team that takes more shots in time wins the game.

Customize your characters with "GEAR"!

Each character has their characteristics, such as speed, strength, and pass accuracy.
You can customize your teammates with GEAR that will change the appearance and the stats.

There are the four types of GEAR such as head, arm, body and leg. Create your own team with your own favorite players.

"Hyper Strike" makes you back from the brink of defeat!

To activate this shot, grab an "orb" when it appears on the field.

Once you get the "Orb," you can perform the "Hyper Strike," a powerful particular shot that can earn two points at once and and turn the tables on you.

Online competitive play Available!

Up to 8 players, four players on each team can compete against each other on 1 Nintendo Switch.

Establish a "Strikers Club" and compete against players from all over the world!

Also, online multiplayer is available. There are also free battles where you can play randomly against other players worldwide, and "Strikers Club" online mode that allows up to 20 players to join a club.
