QTnet Corporation and Sengoku Co., Ltd., a member of the QTnet Group, announced that they have entered into a basic merger agreement under which QTnet will be the surviving company and Sengoku will be absorbed through the merger.
Through this move, the two companies will evolve from a cooperative structure into fully integrated operations, aiming to create even greater value in the eSports business.

QTnet Corporation and Sengoku Co., Ltd., part of the QTnet Group, have revealed that they have signed a basic merger agreement.
Under the agreement, QTnet will be the surviving company and Sengoku will be absorbed through the merger.
With the premise of succeeding all of Sengoku’s businesses, discussions are underway with the goal of completing the merger on Wednesday, April 1, 2026.

The professional eSports team ‘QT DIG∞’, operated by Sengoku Co., Ltd., has achieved notable success, including an unprecedented four consecutive championships at Japan’s premier e-motorsports competition, the ‘2025 AUTOBACS JEGT Supported by GRAN TURISMO.’

This merger aims to concentrate management resources and accelerate decision-making to realize a strong, unified operating structure, thereby creating new experiential value in the eSports business.
Attention is now focused on what kind of value QTnet will deliver to the eSports scene going forward.
