When I heard this news, I was just incredibly happy.
In 2025, I was able to see the tournament up close as a special supporter and feel the players' expressions and the behind-the-scenes of the tournament firsthand.
For the players, every single match is a battle they've staked their lives on. Beyond the framework of a game, seeing the world's top teams and various countries tackling it seriously made me feel like I was watching the World Cup or the Olympics.
Seeing players shedding tears of deep emotion or genuine frustration, I was truly happy to be involved in that stage.
And this year, I am truly happy to be involved in this tournament scene through music, which is the thing I have been most dedicated to throughout my life. Furthermore, I am doing this with the band T.N.T, a project that has only just begun.
Regarding the lyrics, I wrote them while imagining the things I feel when I play VALORANT myself, the heat I've felt watching the competitive scene, and the feelings the players likely harbor.
Every single match is a battle they've staked their lives on, and VALORANT is a game played 5v5.
Furthermore, there are many people supporting the players, such as coaches, team staff, and management.
Those people work as one, stacking up practice and research every day to face their matches. I started writing these lyrics from a desire to create a song that could provide even a slight push for those players fighting on such a literal battlefield.
In the lyrics, I have also scattered several elements that I could only include because I play a lot of VALORANT myself. I hope VALORANT fans can enjoy finding them and that it inspires the players.
Furthermore, I made it hoping it becomes a song with a worldview that can motivate anyone working hard toward a goal, even if they don't know VALORANT.
