This career event uses "games" as a catalyst to connect students and companies that would otherwise never have met.
Unlike traditional company information sessions, participants can convey their values and passion through games, fostering new connections between companies and students.
This time, ctc is participating as a local partner, and in addition to company information booths, the game booths and stage booths—which were well-received last time—will be back with new and improved features.

Recommended for Students Like This

  • Those who want to meet companies that will recognize their passions without hiding them
  • Those who want to leverage their gaming experience and skills in their job search

This event is recommended for students who want to naturally connect with companies that understand their hobbies and cultural interests, as well as those who want their passion for gaming—and the experience they’ve gained from it—to be recognized and valued as a “strength.”

Participation: Recommended for Companies Like These

  • Companies that cannot build a sufficient talent pool through traditional recruitment channels
  • Companies that lack the brand recognition or public relations capabilities to effectively communicate their appeal
  • Companies seeking to expand their recruitment channels and attract top talent

For companies that feel they are unable to fully reach the young audience they seek through traditional job boards or joint career fairs, this program offers an opportunity to meet enthusiastic young people.
It is also recommended for companies with outstanding businesses or technologies but low name recognition among young people, as well as those looking to develop new recruitment channels!

Event Background

This event is made possible through a joint effort by ctc, JeSU Aichi, and FENNEL.
ctc, a telecommunications company in the Chubu region, aims to create a space where everyone can connect through esports, and organizes esports leagues for students while providing recruitment support.

JeSU Aichi has a network of local companies, government agencies, and educational institutions, and has contributed to the economy and society through the popularization and promotion of esports.
Furthermore, the professional esports team “FENNEL” has previously held events in Sapporo and Okayama aimed at helping students turn their passion and experience with games into careers.

ctc, JeSU Aichi, and FENNEL share a common vision and will leverage their respective strengths to create opportunities for students and companies in the Chubu region and surrounding areas to connect.

"GCEXPO in Nagoya" will be held on October 4! Entries are now being accepted from both students and companies.
