Sake Bang Bang Spice

- Release Date: September 11, 2024 (Wednesday)
A hot topic on SNS! Sake Bambus Pisu " is based on the motif of an ancient fish that is believed to have lived about 400 million and 500 million years ago. It is as addictive as the label with its indescribably surrealistic expression.
This sake is produced by a sake brewery in Mizunami City, Gifu Prefecture, which is also known as a "town of fossils. The sake rice "Dewa Sanzan" is used, and after two years of aging at a low temperature, it has succeeded in achieving both a delicious flavor and a light aftertaste.
We are grateful to Mr. Kiyoaki (@kiyoaki_gohan ), who is well-known for his YouTube channel "Kiyoaki Shokudo" for his cooperation this time as well.
The aroma is very sweet, but it tastes like sake! It tastes like sake. It's refreshing and easy to drink, so it will be loved by a wide range of people, from beginners to experts. It has a fruity flavor that makes you want to drink it all the time, so it can be enjoyed with a meal or as an evening drink!
Sakabanbaspis and Kiyoaki-san seem to be somewhat sympathetic to each other.
Osake in the blue sky
- Genre: Liqueur
- Alcohol percentage: 7%.
- Manufacturer: Yoshikubo Shuzo (Ibaraki)
- Retail price: 1,690 yen (tax included)
- Release Date: Friday, September 6, 2024
This sake has a beautiful liquid color that reminds one of the blue sky of that day.
The thick texture is made of agar agar! The cool aroma and nostalgic sweetness can be enjoyed with the texture of the jelly.
This is the first time I have had a jelly liquor! Shake the jelly-like alcohol intensely and drink it well...or perhaps it is closer to the sensation of eating it. You can feel the sweetness of the rumminess and then the strong alcohol, so it is very satisfying to drink. It is absolutely delicious even if you try mixing it with ramune!
With memories of that day in mind.... The way he drank up the blue sky was just like a boy.
PUMPKIN PIE
- Genre: Liqueur
- Alcohol percentage: 5
- Manufacturer: Kitaoka Honten (Nara)
- Retail price: 2,490 yen (tax included)
- Release Date: Friday, September 27, 2024
Next, we will have " PUMPKIN PIE ", which is another seasonal sake, perfect for fall and winter.
The " PUMPKIN PIE " is made from Japanese pumpkin paste and is characterized by its creamy, smooth and melt-in-your-mouth texture. The sweetness is further enhanced by authentic spices reminiscent of cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg.
The spices enhance the flavor of the pumpkin, and it's like drinking an elegant cold potage. The rich yet refreshing sweetness is addictive and makes you drink more and more. It is even easier to drink with milk, so even those who don't usually drink sweet drinks should give it a try!
When mixed with milk, you can enjoy it as if it were a sweet treat. The rich pumpkin pie liquor will calm your mind...
Mucha Umai Makkoli
- Genre: Liqueur
- Alcohol percentage: 5
- Manufacturer: Yoshikubo Shuzo (Ibaraki)

How many times has this happened? Japan is experiencing a Korean boom, and Korean restaurants are thriving every day. And what you get there is Korean alcohol. Mucha Umai Makgeolli " is a domestic makgeolli made by a sake brewery in Ibaraki Prefecture!
The logo on the label is in Korean characters...or katakana, as the case may be!
Makkoli is characterized by its gentle sweetness and sour taste. It goes well with spicy Korean food.
The label is cute and draws you into the world. I was surprised to learn that makkoli is made in Japan. The aroma is like sake, and it is more silky than the real makkoli, giving the impression of nigori sake. The taste is firm and sweet makkoli! Personally, I love nigori sake and it was so good that I wanted to keep a bottle at home!
It's still the season for good sake!
The weather continues to be unstable, with cooler temperatures today and summer days the next day, but having sake for daily enjoyment may help you adjust your rhythm.
The online liquor store " KURAND " is currently holding a " 400,000 Sake Gacha " from October 18 (Fri.) to November 13 (Wed.), 2024, to celebrate the last great thanksgiving of the year. This is a very special sake gacha in which you may win a dream set worth up to 400,000 yen, so both newcomers and heavy users are encouraged to try it out!
