GungHo Online Entertainment, Inc. announced that Harumaki, a representative of Hiroshima Prefecture, won the Chugoku/Shikoku block preliminary round held on October 5, 2025 (Sunday) in the Puzzle & Dragons division of the " National eSports Championship 2025 SHIGA ".
Harumaki, representing Hiroshima Prefecture, and Yuchan, representing Okayama Prefecture, will participate in the finals.
A total of 18 players from each prefecture gathered for the Chugoku/Shikoku block representative preliminary round. The players competed for the right to participate in the National Championships based on the "8-Player Battle Mode," which is used in this tournament.
The winner, Harumaki, and the runner-up, Yuchan, will compete in the main tournament to be held in Shiga Prefecture on November 22 (Sat.) and 23 (Sun.), 2025. The winner of the tournament will receive the right to participate in the " Puzzle & Dragons CHAMPIONS FINAL," and if the winner is an amateur player, he or she will be granted a professional license recognized by JeSU. A hot competition is expected to be held in order to aim for a higher level.
