The space is an open space where you can work while communicating with those around you, as well as private rooms where your privacy is protected, a photo studio where you can create 3DCG models, and a distribution studio equipped with a full range of equipment to support your working style.

The birth of the co-working space "Creative Bubbles
The name "Creative Bubbles" was chosen from an in-house competition, and was inspired by the desire for the space to be a place of creation where people can continue to pursue their dreams and ambitions. NAMCO BANDAI Studios has taken the initiative in reforming its work style, transitioning to telecommuting in April 2020, followed by the establishment of a policy of working from home in June 2021. Going forward, the company will continue to promote a hybrid work style that leverages the advantages of both telecommuting and coming to work.

NAMCO BANDAI Studios will create major irreplaceable titles for the worldwide market! and approximately 1,000 creators are working on development on a daily basis. To facilitate the creation of new ideas and new creativity, NAMCO BANDAI Studio is constantly evolving its development environment for creators. We have introduced a hybrid development system that can take advantage of both remote development and real-life development, and the newly opened "Creativa" is a place where creators can meet beyond the team when they come to work, where personalities can mix and stimulate each other, and where new fun can be created. The floor was designed with the expectation that creators will mix and stimulate each other's individuality and create new fun. Free-address seating
An open space where you can work while communicating with those around you. The library corner surrounding the tables is furnished with books and goods that evoke a sense of history from Namco's days to the present. You can also see some Idolmaster merchandise and what appear to be packages of the PS2 version of "Ace Combat 5" and the Xbox 360 version of "Tekken 6".
Meeting Rooms
There are six meeting rooms that can be selected according to the size of the group. All rooms are equipped with the MAXHUB, a monitor-type meeting board, and have their own manuals to ensure smooth use.
Phone Booth
Three types of phone booths (private rooms) are available: "Remote Cabin," "One-Bo," and "Telecube. The "Remote Cabin" has a large work space, the "One-Bo" has a smoked entrance door, and the highly confidential "Telecube" can be selected according to the purpose of the work.
Photogrammetry Studio
A photogrammetry studio is also available to create 3DCG models, which are indispensable for modern game production. The studio is open to all employees, not just professional engineers, but anyone who wants to create their own figures.
Distribution Studio
Specialized equipment is required to distribute in a reasonable setup, but the distribution studio provides peace of mind! The equipment can be easily controlled with a tablet, and support from professional staff is also available. There is also a green background, so compositing is also easy.
L-Shaped Desk Area
The L-shaped desk area is specially designed for working with multiple people and is set up in booths. There are also elevating desks that play a role for both health and refreshment.
Project Rooms X, Y, and Z
A space that can be used as a large room or as three smaller rooms. It was created with the game studio's unique focus on the ability to scale up the size of the room according to the game development phase.
Cafe Space
The café space can be used as a place to take a refreshing break, and there are cup vending machines that employees can use free of charge as part of the benefits package. Some seats are also equipped with power outlets so they can be used for meetings.
