Pocketpair released a 5th anniversary update on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, for Craftopia, the open-world survival action game with crafting, farming, hack-and-slash, automation, building, and multiplayer support. A 40% off sale is also being held on Steam.
Craftopia 5th Anniversary Update Sale Begins!
To commemorate the update, the regular price of Craftopia on the Steam store, which is ¥2,800 (tax included), is now on sale for ¥1,680 (tax included), a 40% discount. The sale period is until Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 2:00 AM!
Furthermore, a bundle version with Palworld is also on sale at the same time.
Commemorative Items Have Been Added in the 5th Anniversary Update!
In this update, the freedom of The Empty Island has been greatly improved. By placing the new item Altar of Creation, the viewpoint will switch to an overhead view, allowing you to freely place terrain items and customize the island.

To commemorate the 5th anniversary, the following special features will be implemented:
- Mono Airplane: A special anniversary-themed vehicle
- Mt. Rushmono: Can be placed on The Empty Island using the Altar of Creation
- Supply Group Chest: Allows you to command captured enemies to collect items, and they can also operate offline
- Raid Support Camp: By placing captured enemies, they can join as allies during a raid. They can also be strengthened at a Monster Merging Facility
