During the Direct, in addition to the four protagonists—"Kai," "Dietrich," "Theodora," and "Leda"—who will compete in the Great Gladiatorial Festival, the existence of the " True Protagonist " who guides them was revealed.
Descending upon a world on the brink of destruction due to the resurrection of the Demon King, the True Protagonist gathers comrades to stand against the threat.
To change this future of doom, they will travel back in time to the past.

It has been confirmed that the manga series *Fire Emblem: A Thousand Hues* will be serialized in the monthly manga magazine * Saikyo Jump *.
Following *Fire Emblem: Engage*, the series will be illustrated by Konnichi Warou ( @konnichi_warou ).
Episode 0, which serves as the prologue to the story, is scheduled to be published in the October issue of "Saikyo Jump," on sale Friday, September 4, 2026, as well as on the manga app "Shonen Jump+."
