On Sunday, July 5, 2026, Arc System Works announced that a new guest character will appear in the fighting game, GUILTY GEAR -STRIVE-, (hereafter, GGST) via Season Pass 5.
With Winter 2026 as the targeted release window, speculation is swirling regarding the nature of the collaboration.

Arc System Works' official American X account (@ArcSystemWorksU) announced on Sunday, July 5, 2026, that GGST producer Ken Miyauchi (@KenM_ASW) confirmed that a new guest character will join the roster.
Season Pass 5 includes this new character, which is scheduled to arrive in Winter 2026.

GGST previously collaborated with Cyberpunk: Edgerunners in Season Pass 4, bringing the show's heroine, Lucy, into the game.
This move surprised the fan community.
The announcement post also hints at guessing who will join, raising fan anticipation.
