Happy Meal, Inc. is developing "Akita Oga Mystery Guide: Frozen Silver Bellflower", a NES-style command-selectable travel adventure game set in Akita, Japan.
The game will be distributed and marketed by Fly High Works, Inc. and is scheduled for release on multiple platforms including Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Steam in the fall and winter of 2020.

"Akita Oga Mystery Guide: Frozen Silver Bellflower" is an authentic mystery adventure game in which players take on the role of the main character and try to apprehend a suspect in a special fraud case.
The game's retro-style visuals are reminiscent of the Famicom (NES), with an 8-bit feel, and depict familiar places for Akita residents and famous sightseeing spots in Akita Prefecture.
The game features both a mystery adventure and a travel feel as if you are traveling in Akita Prefecture.
Happy Meal released "Ise Shima Mystery Guide: The False Black Pearl" on January 25, 2019, a NES-style commando travel adventure game set in Mie Prefecture, which ranked fifth overall in downloads on the Nintendo eShop and was inducted into Weekly Famitsu's It was also inducted into the Weekly Famitsu Cross Review Hall of Fame.
The second installment in the "Ise-Shima Mystery Guide: The False Black Pearl" series, "Akita Oga Mystery Guide: The Frozen Silver Bellflower", which takes place in Akita Prefecture, has attracted a great deal of attention.
