Harman International Co ., Ltd. has announced that it will provide freerepairs, within certain limits, to restore the functionality of products it distributes that were damaged in the " Reiwa 8 Kumamoto Earthquake."
The program will run from Wednesday, July 29, 2026, through Sunday, January 31, 2027.
Harman to Provide Free Repairs to Restore Functionality: Audio Products and Others Damaged by the Reiwa 8 Kumamoto Earthquake
PR TIMESHarman has announced that, for products under its own audio brands, if a malfunction occurred as a result of the Kumamoto Earthquake that took place on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, it will repair the products free of charge — to the extent possible and regardless of the warranty period — limited to repairs necessary to restore functionality.
Eligible customers are those who have registered their products on the official Harman website and whose products were damaged by the “Reiwa 8 Kumamoto Earthquake,” and who reside in areas designated under the Disaster Relief Act.

Additionally, repairs may not be possible depending on the nature of the malfunction or damage.
