In tandem with the announcement, free distribution of the new Challenge Quests to be used in this exhibition tournament began on August 3, 2026 (PDT) / August 4, 2026 (BST).

- Weapons: Hammer, Light Bowgun, Great Sword, Heavy Bowgun, Lance, and Switch Axe
- Completion Conditions: Slay the Xu Wu, Lagiacrus, Arch-Tempered Nu Udra
- Availability Period: PDT: August 3, 2026 5:00 PM / BST: August 4, 2026 1:00 AM
Challenge Quest Event: Unchained Arkveld
Quest details are as follows:
- Conditions: HR 100 or higher
- Locale: Wounded Hollow
- Weapons: Sword & Shield, Gunlance, Bow, Dual Blades, Charge Blade, and Insect Glaive
- Completion Conditions: Slay the Arch-Tempered Arkveld
- Availability Period: PDT: August 3, 2026 5:00 PM / BST: August 4, 2026 1:00 AM
