Uncore is a smartphone game application that anthropomorphizes intestinal bacteria developed with the aim of improving the colorectal cancer screening rate. It is not a game in which anthropomorphic intestinal bacteria appear.
The feature of the game is that players can obtain characters in the game by "observing stools (reporting feces) " instead of paying for them.
Players get mica as a bonus for making a guanbun report, and can use the mica to draw gacha.

By observing a bowel movement, the player reports to the in-game character the details of the day's bowel movement.

Mr. Yosuke Ishii, the president of the Un-Colle Production Committee, was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis when he was in his first year of high school, and at the age of 19, his condition worsened and he was forced to have a colostomy to excrete stools from his abdomen.
One day, while depressed that he would never be able to return to a normal life, Mr. Ishii read a post on an anonymous Internet message board that said there was a way to close the artificial anus.
He immediately visited the hospital where the surgeon was located and had the operation performed.
This single piece of information changed his life dramatically, and he has since gone on to become a surgeon.

After seven years of work, "Unkore" was created entirely by volunteers.
