It will be available at bookstores, hobby shops, drugstores, official Ichiban Kuji shops, Pokémon Centers, and other locations.

Plushes, acrylic clocks, glasses, and other items featuring first partner Pokémon from the Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, and Sinnoh regions are coming.
The Last One Prize features a special Pikachu (Male) 30th Anniversary Plush in its lineup.
